What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancelling is possible within 24hours of placing your order. We do not offer refunds beyond this period. Refunds will be made via UPI or online transfer within a week of cancellation.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged or faulty?

Oh no, sorry about that. Please write to us on hello@samurailiving.org and we’ll do our best to address this!

Can I return or exchange a garment if I don’t like it?

Sorry, all our garments are made to order so we don’t do exchanges or returns. Exchanges are accommodated only for size issues, not for style.

What if my garment is not fitting me like it should?

Send us pictures of the ill fitting garment, we’ll arrange for a pick up and resize it well for you!

Will you arrange pick up for garments I need to exchange?

Yes, we can arrange for a pick up for a first time exchange, however if the garment is to be exchanged for the second time the cost of courier will have to be borne by you.

My exchange order is still not fitting me well; can you help?

Sorry about that! We can try to get your size right once again or if you’d prefer a credit note/refund, that’s possible too! Please write to us and we’ll figure something out.

Who can I ask for help with my order? (delays, no confirmation email received, order lost and other sh*t that keeps happening)

Under what circumstances are refunds possible?

  • If you’ve cancelled your order within 24 hours.

  • If you’re really unhappy with the fit of your samurai garment.

  • If you’ve received a damaged garment and don’t want a replacement/credit note.

What if I am buying for someone else, can I get help on size and style?

Absolutely! Please write to us on hello@samurailiving.org and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We’d love for you to have samurai, please write to us directly to process your order.
